The Hot Tub Factory took care of the whole project from removing the old hot tub to putting in a new slab. They had electricians to hook up the new tub and afterwards sent a technician to go over the process of how to use and maintain the tub. I signed up for the chemical plan to make sure I use the right amount of chemicals. The crew from the Hot Tub factory just left after building steps for our tub so we would be ready for Memorial Day. They adjusted their schedule for us. The jacuzzi hot tub was worth the time and money. We are looking forward to years of use. The entire job from start to finish was a pleasure . We were very happy with our experience purchasing a hot tub here.  They have a great showroom with many different models, including two that are filled.  They even have single-use bathing suits if you’d like to jump in and try them for yourself!  Our salesman, Ryan, was really great.  He is definitely a Jacuzzi brand expert and his knowledge of the different models helped us narrow down our choice.  They have excellent communication post-sale, and keep you updated on delivery times, etc. They also provide a program for buying filters and all the other things that are needed to maintain your hot tub.
